2. After your referral completes their 3rd monthly payment on their property,
3. We remove your final monthly payment due from your payment schedule.
a. This will max out at $200 per monthly payment per property.
i. If your monthly payment is $100, you get a $100 credit
ii. If your monthly payment is $125, you get a $125 credit
iii. If your monthly payment is $175, you get a $175 credit
iv. If your monthly payment is $225, you get a $200 credit max.
And there is No Limit to the number of Referrals you can provide to take advantage of this deal!
If you have:
3 referrals, you get credit for 3 months.
5 referrals, you get credit for 5 months.
and so on….
If your monthly payment is $200, you could get $1,000 back!
